The outside of the car always looks good, but have had to send the car back for another go at vacuuming it since they did a terrible job. Also the windows are always full of streaks. Last time I watched to see what they did wrong and its that they use the same towel to clean dirt around the doors to wipe the windows down. Anyone that knows about cleaning a car knows thats not what you do, come on. Update 5/17- Took my car again last week and did the same thing with the dirty rag and wiping the windows. Had to as them to wipe them with a clean rag, plus did a terrible job vacuuming. Totally disregarded vacuuming the trunk and bad job on rest of car. Going to deduct a star from my original review.

We are sorry that the decision to protect your vehicle and our equipment was disappointing. We thought that was a better way to handle the situation than having the tunnel damage the lights and then telling you we aren't responsible because it is an aftermarket add-on. Typically, customers appreciate that we let them know beforehand, which is why we handled it that way. We do have hand washes available if you're interested.

So according to an amployee of this car wash you can't wash your vehicle there if you have aftermarket lights ...been so many car wash and I had never heard something like that ..so disappointed

I got my car washed and cleaned exterior and interior. Wednesdays are 50% off regular prices. The service is good but not great. The are obvious places that did not get cleaned or vacuumed thoroughly.

Management and their employees are terrible people. They almost killed their employees from a terrible car wreck. Ran over two younger kids and they never fired the kid that accidently ran them over.
