I had purchased a vehcile in March and been making payments. I made a payment for $300 in November and told them i be late and pay the $150 in tbe beginning of the Month which be about 15 days later. I woke up with my vehicle gone out of my drive way. I tried calling them for 2 days to let them know my car was stolen amd never answered my call. So i had my sister facebook message them that she had a question about a vehicle and minutes later i get a call from Fuentes and she says i am returning your call from Facebook. I said i been calling for 2 days and you dont answers but i am calling to let you know my vehicle was stolen and she says no we repossessed you vehicle. I was like thanks for the notice they did not even let APD know they went to repo the car. The way they came and took the car and drove off with the car was not right. They could of let me know they were going to repo the car for me being about 15 days later when they had already agrees to wait for tbe remaining balance. Or at least called me after to let me know they had repossessed tbe car instead of me looking and posting all over social media looking for the car. And having APD waist there time looking for a car that was never stolen. I am making a complaint with the attorney general and the BBA. Not only that they took the car now i can't even get my belongings out of the car. When i call either no answer or they hang up on me.

I recently bought a car from Fuentes , I thought I was getting a good deal on A 2007 Nissan Altima.. The sales lady told me it was a great reliable car they could easily go for 240,000- to 300,000 miles . Starting miles were 182 ,000 After 2 1/2 months barley they asked us to take it to theyre mechanic their own mechanic said it was a transmission issue, I told him when I had bought the car and he seemed very shocked , gave us a few uncertain expressions. I take the car back and forth to work t chick-Fil-A where Im a manager and thats all. Ive called a few times over with no answers Very sketchy . This wont be the last time they hear from me .

This place is scam ! They are aware of problems on vehicles before they sell them and they are not forward and truthful about the quality of the cars . I writing this report because its not ok for a dealer to burn or mislead people about the quality of the vehicle. A vehicle of theirs sold only 2 1/2 months started actually my up. The dealer stated to them its a transmission problem and they are not reliable to cover this expense . Truly not cool they should at least assist to a percentage to fix It since there is money still due to keep the customer . My friend now is out of car that he financed Thru Funentes auto sales . DONT DO BUSINESS HERE NO MATTER HOW NICE AND KIND THEY APPEAR !!! THEY BURNT MY FRIEND WITH NO RESOLUTION
