This place is down the street from my office and I needed to have some shirts done for my business. So I went into the office and the only lady n the office quoted me a price of $10 a shirt for less than 12 and $8 for more than 12. She made up my logo, I approved it and brought some shirts there for her to place on my shirts, she then told me it would be $12 per shirt, that's over $120 for shirts. This was all over a week period of me going back and forward down there, the day she was suppose to do my order, she changes the amounts per shirt, she tells me it would be $12 per shirt, that's over $120 for shirts. This has been such an inconvenience for my business, now we(my employees and I) are left with no shirts because of course I will not pay more than I was quoted. This is really bad for business considering the fact that she knew I was on a deadline and had planned on bringing more business.

Horrible service!!! Spoke with Katy and she was extremely unprofessional! I had called up to the store on March.4,2016 and spoke with her in regards to pricing on shirts. We have a big event coming up and I had used this company last year with no issues. As of today, March.10,2016, I have not heard back from Katy in regards to pricing. I had to call her. (Business must be so good they don't need the money.) When I spoke to her today, she insisted she gave me pricing over the phone on Saturday (she absolutely did not!) She couldn't have because she couldn't find my information from last year this was the entire reason she took down my phone number on Saturday and said she was going to call me back. She was upset when I confronted her about not returning my call and then she refused to take my company's order. She would NOT provide information on how to contact the owner of the company. She told me to look it up myself! How rude!! She only offered the managers email address (I'm sure she would delete it immediately.) Katy doesn't know how to be professional or answer direct questions. She does not want to be held accountable for what she told a customer and freaks out and then refuses to do business with someone. Wow..great job Katy. Contacting the BBB next.
