We from the JupiterGem team would like to clarify that: 1 - We provided you with the videos for two Padparadsha Sapphires as you requested, to which your reply was: " Hi! This is SUPER helpful thank you! 3.56 is the one I want. What is your lowest price? Let's make a good deal." Our conclusion from this conversation was that you liked the stone and were ready to go ahead with the purchase. You although, never asked if the gem was eye clean or loop clean. Being in this industry we understand that you do not purchase gems on an every day basis and when we received your email that you would like to return the stone, as you not very happy with the quality, we gladly agreed to make a refund to the payees account. We also usually pay for the shipping to our customers one way, and we paid $50 to ship the gem to you. When you decided to return the stone, we provided clear instructions on HOW TO SHIP the gem back with full insurance. Here is the copy of our email to you: "We strive everyday to make happy customers, and if your not, you can return the gem and we will gladly issue full credit. It is specified on our website how to return, safe and securely. Please use REGISTERED US MAIL WITH FULL INSURANCE FOR$..... WITH RETURN RECEIPT, AND ADDREESS IT TO, JUPITER G C/O K.K.G.I INC 510 WEST SIXTH ST,SUITE #312 LOS ANGELES,CA-90014 We will issue a full refund for the gem as well as the cost of shipping and insurance (postage on the return box) as soon as we have received the package and the gem in its original condition." 2 - In your first email about the return the stone you told us that we lied to you about the inclusion and we thought it was a misunderstanding between the two parties and we even decided to pay for your return shipping charges because we would like you to stay happy with our service. The shipping instruction we sent you is safe, secure, registered with full insurance, considering the clause of the gem all amounting to $45 by the REGISTERED US MAIL. Following this email you went ahead by sending the parcel with UPS which amounted to $275 for which Mr. Michael apologized and asked us to bear half the expenses, as he claimed he did not read the instructions carefully. We even considered this as an option, although your unprofessional attitude to the whole situation made us changes our minds. 3 - Mr. Michael acknowledged the return of the payments on his accounts (2 via PayPal and 1 via Credit Card). We have all the legal supporting documents. 4 - To sum everything up, after you purchased the gemstone and returned it to us although, we paid Shipping charges TO you Refund of the full amount (acknowledged by Mr. Michael) Shipping charges FROM you ($45) After which you made a loss of $230, to which Mr. Michael apologized for his misunderstanding on the preferred method of shipment. 5 - Please note that your review must comply with Google's local content policies and one of them is an Off-topic review. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I purchased a stone - they LIED about it being flawless (when I received it, it had a HUGE imperfection) and REFUSED to refund me for full payment and return shipping even though it GUARANTEES IT ON THE WEBSITE and they told me. I have lost over $600. STAY AWAY! Do not work with Krishna OR Elvira - they will SCAM YOU!

JupiterGem is a horrible excuse for a jewelry company. They lie on their website and the quality of their stones. Elvira and Krishna especially are horrible employees of this company and I had a very bad experience when dealing with them. I would stay away and purchase your jewelry elsewhere.
