Sold an arcade machine online to someone out of state that wanted it shipped. They found this company. Was in full contact with the buyer and movers. The day came to have the machine shipped and the movers are extremely rude about the route I had the machine at, the condition of the machine, and were overall nasty people. They repeatedly called back to HQ since the machine came into pieces and I had informed them of that, but they didn't want to have to deal with the pieces. All in all, I took pictures since I didn't get a good vibe and they did not let me remove an attached part of the machine. They said they would cover everything on the outside of the machine so I let them ship it incorrectly. A few missed drop offs later and it comes out that the part they wouldn't let me disconnect broke and they were blaming me that it was broken on pick up. Though, I had pictures of the day they picked it up so it's all on them. All in all, very unprofessional crew. I no longer allow shipping of my machines due to this experience.

My son is moving from Miami to Maine. HE Spoke with a Beltmann rep, worked out details and signed an agreement for his furniture and personal belongings to be transported. Pickup was scheduled for Friday 7-13. Upon calling the first of this week to confirm the pickup he was told no pickup was scheduled because no contract was signed. He gave proof of the signed contract but got no results from your agent. This put him in a bind because his house is sold, his furniture still there and no movers to pick it up. Talk about Friday the 13th. If the name Beltmann shipping, movers or transportation is mentioned in his or my presence you don't need to guess what our response will be.
This company is dishonest. Regional Fleet Managers lie to you about receiving payment for damaged property. They do not take responsibility for their driver's vandalism and damage to property. Claims do not get paid. They do not answer emails and do not return phone calls. This is what will happen you. You have been warned!
