I had a distasteful experience with Quality Computers, a misnomer at the least. I was dunned, called on the phone and threatened with collection for not paying my bill. Not only had I paid my bill, I paid by check, at the time I picked up my computer and told them to recheck their records - not only did "she" refuse to check her records but said I would be turned over for collection if I didn't prove it. It was offensive, insulting and moreover, inept administrative practice, loosing me as a customer. I proved I had paid by check, no apology forthcoming from Quality Computer and I have since recommended against this business - maybe they've changed since my experience, maybe. They've done nothing to regain my trust or business. I read the owner's reply posted 2-4-19 and he\she appears to have missed the point; whether I paid by check or credit card, their treatment of me, their customer, was inept, unskilled and offensive - threatening collection? No apology? And, Mr.\Ms. owner, were you truly sorry, someone would have tried to make amends which they did not, have not; this experience show simply bad business policy and practices. I stand by what I wrote and the appearance of [their] cluelessness of how to treat a customer is manifest in the most recent reply - I am someone else's customer and I recommend the same to anyone reading this post. Milwaukee PC is just up the road from the Bayside office and they like customers.

We had to call here last minute about an issue and Ashley who works for them was extremely customer service focused and got us in right away even though they are busy- can't thank her enough!
