ColorFX is NOT a wholesale /trade printer as they sell directly to end users! Our client is currently ordering all their marketing pieces directly from their website. How can they approve an insurance company to be a reseller???
opppssss should have looked at their reviews. I can honestly say they wasted over two hours of my life i will never get back. I don't understand in these financial times this company does not get pride in their work. It's like lets just wing it and see how it goes...
If you have never worked with ColorFx I strongly recommend you do that as you may never go back to any other company for your printing related needs. Ive been working with ColerFx for over 11 years and Ive been very happy with their services and the quality if their work and Ive never been disappointed. Occasionally I try other companies but I end up going back to these guys again. Their customer care is great and you know you are dealing with professionals, and, on top of that, they are very friendly and they treat you as if you are their most valuable customer, no matter how small the job is. They are very detail oriented and have always met my expectations.
I cant speak for the reviews below but I can say that my experience with ColorFX was completely the opposite. From order, to online chat assistance, I got friendly and knowledgeable service. I started ordering from them about a year ago and have seen consistent quality and hands down the most amazing pricing in the marketing. My recommendation, give them a try and see for yourself.
I have used them many times. I am changing my opinion after recent events and disrespect shown to me. They would not price match another company for just twenty dollars less, which is pure greed, and then charged a $30. cancellation fee for just an ESTIMATE when I decided to use the other company! Not only that but also they did not follow my most basic instructions not to send it to pre-flight. Now, it took a WEEK to cancel this stupid estimate, they kept wanting me to talk to the sales manager just for me to cancel, for why I have no idea, and he was never at his desk. It was the worst thing I have ever dealt with as far as customer service. I told them if 30 dollars is worth an upset customer, that's up to them. Well, apparently they do not really care. Mind you, I am still waiting, almost four weeks later for the money back. Also, I had another order printed just before this, and I drove over 40 miles to pick it up. It was not folded as I paid a lot for, and there was nobody at will-call with about three hours left in the work day. I had to lean into the counter and yell for several minutes before someone came. The guy says to me there is no one here today, just my luck. They did deliver it, and folded correctly the following day to their credit, but I wasted hours in traffic, and gas, and everything else with them lately has just been TERRIBLE! I will update my opinion if it ever improves. Signed, a very upset, and good paying repeat business client. UPDATE: I finally got my money back from my canceled order -- it only took 2 months and 4 phone calls!!!
