Worst experience I've ever had. A waste of my time and energy. Completely unwilling to negotiate, ignores Kelley Blue Book, price does not include all these ridiculous fees. Also, they were very rude. Never coming here again.

We are extremely happy with the service we received from Renn Kirby. Zach was responsible for servicing our 2017 Outlander. And John, Service Director, has been extremely professional and friendly and with detail explanations. We also own a 2019 Outlander we service with them.

Staff was extremely friendly and worked very hard to get me a good deal. No other dealership I went to was able to get done what Renn Kirby did so easily. As long as Mitsubishi keeps making nice vehicles, Renn Kirby will have my business for the rest of my life. My Salesperson Cobey Lowe was was very patient , helpful and understanding. The finance Manager Eric is on top of his game! I think he can get anyone approved that comes his way!

Im not sure the dealership is even worthy of one star. I bought a bidding deal from 99.9 WFRE to get tires from Renn Kirby and the service I was given was a disgrace! The Service Mananger Brendan was terrible to deal with. This is an extremely unorganized dealership that has a staff running the business in the ground. Kudos to Heather in the parts sept for going above and beyond her duties!
