100 meal for two under cooked steaks and tastless "beef dripping" chips. (I gave up after sending it back twice). You would expect at least a side salad or additional condiments to come along side your meal. Customer service is also non-existent.

No allergy menu. Staff did ask at kitchen, but gluten free options were severely limited. Can't say I had any confidence in what I was told. Order was all wrong, got dishes we didn't ask for, I got my dish and ended up finishing before the last party member has even got their food. Staff didn't offer anything, but did arrange some free drinks when requested (at least I don't think they charged, I didn't see the itemised bill). Food was decent enough, but not enough to tempt me back, especially for the premium price they're charging. Overall very disappointing experience and not what I expected at all.

We had the private dining experience and ir was unreal. The service was the best we have ver had. We did not too up a drink. Stephano wAs so attentive and made our experience amazing! Well done team hooksmoor!

Really great place to have steak. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is also nice. It's a great place for a day to treat yourself. When you order your steak you can ask what size steaks they have so you aren't necessarily restricted to the menu which was a nice surprise. The sauces were also really good and did not overpower the steaks. It is slightly on the pricer end but it is definitely worth it for what you get.

Completely overrated for service.. if it wasnt so crowded..would the cold food have come as fast as the check ?? I wont be back
