Office staff for Dr Friedman very rude and non empathetic. I know they put us at the bottom of the appointment list as the entire room is now empty and we have been in front of many people. Or they ought right ignored us. It has been over an 1:45 hour. Kinda feel they left for lunch and dont really care. Weve been to many of Dr Friedmans locations. And this one is for the( 2nd time ) has been by far the worst. Dont schedule appointments here

Visited Florida Eye Institute Inc. for the first time today , to get just an eye examine. I was told that I had a co-pay , was not aware of that fact but was told that in a very rude way. I felt it was uncalled for to be talked too that way. When I went to leave I was charged again for refraction, also was not aware of that either and again the same person sitting next to the person I was talking with broke into the converstaion saying " read the sign - read the sign " , then under her breath said something to the effect , this goes on all the time, etc., etc. Very rude. Its not the fact I was unaware of the fees, its the way the information was presented by the same person, two times. No reason for anyone to be treated like that. My wife had treatment there awhile back and was so happy with it, that is why she suggested I have my examine done there.

The staff of very friendly and works well with the kids. They explain everything that is being done. Doctors are the same way. Thorough and answer any questions you may have. They came highly recommended and having a child who had been a patient of theirs for quite some time now, I see why. O highly recommend them as well.

The technician said I wouldnt have a problem driving after he dilated my eyes. I had a major problem driving. He never offered sunglasses shield so that I could drive. Frankly my eyes didnt clean up for 8 hours. This is the first time this happened and now my eyes are drier than they ever were. Thank god I didnt have an accident
