Employees are very rude and unprofessional, you can almost always hear them gossiping about the customers, which should never be the case. They refuse to sell you clothes without an ID for a debit/credit card, which is not posted at the door. Clothes are decently priced.

For a popular resale store, they have quite the mixed bag. Some items they have are great deals. Items from Macy's and Torrid for a fraction of the original cost. Then come the items from Walmart, with the original tags on them, that are sold for the same price if not a little more. Disappointing, but I guess they need to make money somehow.

Didnt accept my clothes when I came in at 4:45 saying that they already had their last buy. Wasted all my time driving there when they should be strict with their buy time of 6 pm.
