They are slow when it comes to recieving your glasses I ordered 2 pairs at the same time and lenses for an old frame and they took weeks had to keep calling and each pair came back at different days even weeks apart!

I had an appointment at 9am this morning. At 9:10 I asked what the hold up was. Optonistist wasn't there. I was told she was probably stuck in traffic. When I made my appointment I asked for a good time frame that I could be in and out because I would have to bring my 2 children 2 and 4. I was told the morning would be most comidating. I woke my children to make my appointment.

Dont waste your time! She told me I had an eye infection and called in allergy drops and when I asked her about it she said ohh I dont remember so I can see you again. ??? I was just seen less than a month ago. Plus had to wait 2 weeks for my sample contacts since she didnt have any. Horrible service!!! I see why they been here so long and are always empty and readily available for appts its because she is incompetent. Now I have to go see my regular dr to get a referral to a REAL eye doctor. Zero stars if possible. Waste of time and money.
