Customer service here gives brand a bad name. 3 customers & 6 staff this evening, nobody offered help and a question about salicylic acid got a wordless shake of the head in response as staff literally danced off. Will get everything I sampled online instead

Upon enterting the open walled store, I was greered by a "hello" at the door. This place is such a treat to come to. I usually come to Deciem to purchase the line The Ordinary. The staff is always super helpful and updated with how skin could be!

Nice, helpful staff. Wide range of products in varying levels of affordability. It is a bit strange now with the security guards. Is Brandon that much of a threat that they need guards positioned at the door and registers?

Awesome products, but upon entering ladies were chatting it up and not once checked on us to see if we needed help. Store associates in the back where the Ordinary is looked bored out of their minds and didnt reach out to help.
