I had a great experience at the store and got a gorgeous diamond princess ring for my conch piercing. Unfortunately it came loose and is now lost, which is super sad. Just a warning to others who aren't sure about the price/quality!

I have to say, be careful. I dont feel this experience is worth the cost. I came in from a different state specifically for this store and was expecting a truly curated experience and honestly just felt like a sheep being hearded in a room full of people. I was expecting the sales people to have knowledge on ear anatomy and say oh yes based on your ear shape and small lobes or large lobes this design would suit you best but it wasnt like that at all. I felt like a number and it was so busy also felt rushed and just blended with the crowd. I suppose unless you have high status as a celebrity or someone important than youre just another customer. I am not sure why the reviews are so high other than yes its a very beautiful piercing shop, classy and clean... I got a double pierced lobe with a tiny 3mm gold/diamond jewlelry pice and was going great for 3 months then sadly got infected. I know infections are not their fault so my review is not a reflection of that. Rather, being extra frustrated that I now have two 600$ earrings that I cant do anything with... I wanted to switch my forward helix out for this but in order you get a shorter post they want you to pay another 65$ for it... I thought the customer service policy would be better at least for when something unforeseeable like infection occurs and youre jus trying to make the best of your expensive jewelry...

I've been a client for over 10yrs for a reason. Great customer service, great artists, clean and sterile environment(my personal fave) and awesome one of a kind jewelery. I took my niece last week to get a piercing of a dainty blinged out butterfly for her birthday(her mom was there too. You cannotget a piercing without a parent!!!). We had a bit of a wait even though we had an appointment but they're still working out the links with that and our new way of life nowadays. Forget Claire's and those mall kiosks with teenagers posing piercer. You can't go wrong visiting Maria Tash!!!

Yesterday was my birthday. I was super excited to come here for my birthday to get a piercing. I scheduled an appointment online and arrived about 30 minutes early. I realized that it was so packed (just a heads up to anyone who still cares about masking that this is a very tight space and almost no one was wearing a mask in it) that you could not even speak to someone. I figured there was no way they could squeeze me in early so I went for a walk and came back about 5 minutes before my appointment. I walked up to the counter with my biggest smize and waited until someone became available. The wait was long but I had so much birthday and "Maria Tash" excitement that I did not care. A staff member with a black curly mullet became free, looked at me (with the stank eye), and said nothing. When I began to speak they literally looked beyond me and told someone that she could help them out at the front. I was confused. Was I invisible? I figured no big deal I will just wait for someone else. The people the mullet staff member took before me did not have an appointment so they sent them on their way and became available first again. When I went to speak again they took people who literally just walked in the door. Again I was confused but figured maybe they had been in before and already had an appointment with her. Nope. They did not have an appointment either but they sat and talked jewelry for a while. The saving grace here was the associate who helped me, Caroline. They were very helpful and most importantly, kind. Caroline helped me pick out an earring then sent me to get my piercing done upstairs. The piercer was friendly until we started discussing placement. Already a bit overwhelmed by what had happened downstairs I wanted to just walk out, but I had already paid, so instead I fought back tears and just told them to put it wherever they wanted. I got my piercing. Tipped (begrudgingly). Left. Then cried outside. Getting my first piercing since I was a baby at Maria Tash was supposed to be to be the highlight of my birthday but ended up being the worst part. Caroline provided excellent service which is why I decided to add an extra star. Overall I would not recommend getting a piercing from here. You could go somewhere to get treated well and it would probably be like a quarter of the price :/
