Awful customer service. They won't return calls and won't tell you that they have rescheduled you to a different day because "they got busy". Work quality is sub par.

I agree with the previous poster. This company is terrible. They came out 3 times and couldn't figure out what was wrong. They won't return phone calls, they tell you they will call you back and then don't, and are very unprofessional.

I own the business and with 30 years experience. We are members of the independent pool and spa service association (Ipssa.com) where I am President of the Fort Worth Chapter. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. We bought a house with a pool but are totally new at owning a pool and had literally no idea what we were doing other than keeping it chlorinated and clean. When the pump motor quit working, Paul not only diagnosed and fixed it but spent a lot of time giving us basic information about pool maintenance and general pool ownership. He went over and above and I learned a ton. He even gave me ideas for what to try about our motor, via text, before he was able to make it out to our house. I will always rely on him for any future pool needs .
