This business lacks good customer support. Very getto on the phn . Every question I had I had to be put on hold first while answer was retrieved. Person on the phn chewing gum or whatever. Graduations are supposed to be a great experience. We just wanted bigheads instead we got a chicken head.Getto ,Getto ,Getto. Clean it up guys .

This company owes us $810 for custom air fresheners that we made for them. They refuse to communicate with us about this. Very unprofessional. We're a small business and it really sucks that they don't pay their bills. You know what they say about karma...someday they'll get screwed by someone not paying them!
