Good morning. My staff and I apologize for any dis-service that you may have been provided.I just searched our customer sales database and found that Nick is a sales person for Autograph Construction. I employed Nick to replace the roof on my personal home. I received an invoice from Nick for work that had not been completed and refused to pay the invoice. I assume that Nick feels that writing a negative review will have an impact on Personalizing-It Inc. Our goal is to deliver the best service and quality to our clients. We have been in business for 17 years delivering quality products and services to the community. Please stop by and you will experience the best customer service and quality products in the industry. You can also read the other reviews that are 5 or 4 plus. I do not have anything negative against Autograph Construction. However, I do not think that it is very professional for their employees to falsely write negative reviews for no reason.
Put in my order on Monday, was quoted and said it would be done by Friday. I had to call to check that Friday 2 times. They did not meet the deadline, was told it will be done on Saturday before 5, we had an event that evening, we did not receive one call. Monday my business partner comes in shirts are still not done!!!! He was told that I told them I didnt need until the 4th. I never spoke to them since Friday. We get our shirts finally this evening no explanation no manager to speak to. To make matters worse they messed up on one of my shirts. Hopefully someone will make it right.
I cannot say enough about the customer service that I received here! I ordered a t-shirt online that I wasn't super happy with. The team took time to listen to my concerns and needs to recreate an even better version of the shirt. I am so very grateful and will definitely be a returning customer!
I went to get a customized birthday shirt for my daughter and son's birthday and they both mess up and my son's shirt was took 2 weeks and it still wasn't right and the new girl took it upon herself to redo it and bought the shirt in the wrong size and the wrong color and said that the owner wasn't in!!! Oh and I still don't have a shirt. Talking with the owner and the problem was solve and in the end I was satisfied. I will in the future place another order thanks to Leo!!
