I am really sorry about youre experience at our shop. We are a small family business and pride ourselves on our service . My daughter was ill and I had to look after her at home . At short notice we asked a friend to help in the shop. He has a limited knowledge and wouldnt have been able to quote immediately. He did say that to book an appointment and I would come out and could give you any help at that stage. Had I been in the shop I would have done a quote from your sizes straight away . Unable (or unwilling) to provide an estimated cost (based on my own measurements and subject to the usual caveats, it was only an estimate). Maybe because it was Monday morning, but if you're busy explain, don't just dismiss. Disappointing especially as I am a returning customer. Won't be returning again. A larger 'chain' store were more than accomodating and friendly.
Thank you for your star rating. We have no record of fitting any carpets for you....... But to clarify....We must be reasonably good at what we do. We have 4/5 teams of experienced fitters working 5/6 days a week. We opened 11 years ago and have installed over 220,000 carpets and vinyls to very happy customers all over the north west.....Now the pricey bit....If we are as you say ...How would we have been able to achieve this..? . Many of our customers are affluent and intelligent individuals who will obtain several quotes before choosing the business they want to do their work .. Steve (owner)
