The carrot cake tasted like a spice cake with only bits of carrots in the cake. It was suppose to have Apples embedded in the batter (cake) however never saw or tasted that ingredient either. A huge disappointment spending $36.00 and bought some pastries and cookies in which all were hard and stale. They must have been refrigerated and brought back out till sold. My Money will be spent elsewhere where the goods will be fresh and taste like the product you purchase.
