Staff was very friendly and polite... Just not impressed with sizing or prices for imported keeping up with the Kardashian's image clothes. I expected more from a Hometown Boutique. Like clothes to fit real women.

I dont not feel like it is okay to not offer a return policy. Especially on the jeans due to all of them fitting differently some are tighter fitting than others. Measurements were not correct. I am out my money and the pants are useless bc they do not offer a size up in them as I purchased the biggest size. These jeans are way too expensive to be stuck with if you do not like the fit.

I just found this boutique a couple months ago and I have ordered a few things since then. I love how she always has some sort of discount off. However, what I love most of all is how great the customer service is! If you have any question at all, about what size you should get, etc, she responds in a timely manner and is very helpful and nice. Ive never experienced better customer service online. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I feel some simple items can be high and Id like to see more variety.

The clothes are so cute but the customer service is awful. I returned a sweater because it didnt fit right and I never receive my store credit. I emailed Shay Montana and she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She said she never received my return but the website asked if I wanted store credit when requesting a return label.
