Angela, you are absolutely correct our communication on this order was not acceptable and it should not have taken this long to get you the product or an answer to what was going on. In reviewing the details of your order for your team yours is the only order that is outstanding and the product was originally backordered and then the manufacture cancelled the order and we did not do our part in following up to see why these items had not arrived. I am reviewing our procedures with my production manager to make sure something like this does not happen again in the future, thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Wish I would have known when ordering in January that our custom sweatshirts and fleeces were on backorder and still not received in mid-March. Called 2 days ago, but Jonathan couldnt give me an estimate of when they will arrive. I probably wouldnt have spent ~$100 on 2 cold weather items had I known wed likely receive them in warm weather. Dugout/Eagle has my phone number and email to set expectations. Also, your website desperately needs a link to the manufacturers size charts to avoid the size guessing game many parents had to do. Improved communication would cure both issues.
Great service and an awesome product! We got hats, shirts, and jerseys for our baseball team at a great price, plus all the gear for our parents also. They were helpful and knowledgeable
