I put a deposit of $1,000 for a new car. Fully refundable, they said. I asked for a refund in early April. It took them 25 days to refund my money, after countless calls, unanswered voicemails and text messages. Great customer service. I had bought two cars from this dealership and spent thousands in maintenance and repairs. Never again.

This place is a scam with vehicle inspections. I was told my car didnt pass inspection because the tint was too dark. My car has the manufacturer tint that was already done when the car was purchased. Why would they be selling cars with a tint that is supposedly illegal? They also have an entire lot of vehicles with tint that is as dark or darker than the tint on my car. I guess I should call the department of public safety and let them know they are selling a lot full of cars with illegal tint. This is also the same place where I had to wait over an hour after my oil change was completed because they couldnt find the keys to my car. Apparently the person who washed the car had them in their pocket. This place is a joke and a waste of time. Go somewhere else.
