EXTREMELY disappointed with the product I received. I ordered Qty.3 're-recordable buttons' -like the Staples "That Was Easy" button-. The website SPECIFICALLY states that the button is re-recordable ie: you have the ability to record your own message on the button, and that the buttons come from a bin of 'randon saples', so they could not guarentee what imprint/logo would be ON the button-face. I don't care about the imprint... I purchased the Qty.3 so that I could record my own message -which as it turns out, I CANNOT DO BECAUSE THE MESSAGE HAS ALREADY BEEN RECORDED ONTO THE BUTTON. 1. I received the shipment 2wks after placing the order 2. I was charged for Qty.3, but only received Qty.1 -ONE UNIT- 3. the button IS NOT re-recordable, and came with a pre-recorded, unchangeable, message 4. the customer service department has yet to return my email, after I requested a refund 5. the MANAGEMENT has yet to contact me, after I specifically requested they do DO NOT LIE ON THE INTERNET... don't sell something with a bad description, and expect to get away with it. The website LIED. The website description of the product needs to be changed, so that it reads: BUTTON COMES WITH RANDOM LOGO IMPRINTED, AND RANDOM RECORDING ALREADY RECORDED ONTO UNIT. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECORD YOUR OWN MESSAGE ONTO THE SAMPLE BUTTON, SO DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU'RE PLANNING ON TRYING TO RECORD YOUR OWN VOICE ONTO IT. YOU CAN RECORD YOUR VOICE ONTO A CUSTOMIZED BUTTON, IF YOU WISH TO PURCHASE 3000 OR MORE -or something like that- I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I work for a pretty large global company and we use USimprints for our personalized giveaways in the company. I work with Josh Baker to order everything and we've been working with him for over 5 months. They are always able to help us find the perfect customization for our products, the best products, and ship them as well. He's helped ship to countries outside the US for events for us, and always checks in on how we liked everything and how he can help us more. We've had to order things with a week's time or under a great crunch, and he always manages to get it to us and it looks great as well. Josh keeps us updated on new products, ones he thinks we'll like based on what we've done before, and has sent me samples to show my bosses and so we can test them to see if clients will like them. We feel extremely valued by Josh and USimprints and will continue to use them.
