Went in for a hair PRP consult I was presented with three options. 1.) Prescription 2.) Laser light helmet 3.) PRP injections. Opted for the PRP injections and received three sessions. 90 days after my last injection I was told that now it would benefit me to buy the laser light helmet at the cost of $200-$2,000. This felt very snake oil salesmen to me. However the Dr. state my results were "looking ok." Then 6 months after my last injection noticably rapid hair loss started to occur. Made another appointment and they ran the gambit of blood work. I was told "low iron" might be the cause of this, but I could schedule another PRP session. Mind you I have already spent $3k 6 months prior. Overall the staff was very nice but this entire process was a bit misguided. Edit: My contact info is in my chart. You can email or call me anytime.

Met with a Holly last week. She is very fake. He facial expressions and tone were so unnatural. Shes desperate for you to sign up for the gym. She must get money for everyone she signs up. Shes also very rude regarding the staff at the front where you walk in. Rude to them as if she is queen of the place. Fake and rude she is. I wont sign up because she ruined it. I also wont suggest people go there if thats the kind of people they hire.

I feel very well cared for at Rejuv. It's a very comfortable environment. All employees are awesome to interact with, and everyone there seems to care about your well being there, genuinely.

I was referred to Rejuv by my works Nurse Practitioner, for intense nerve pain in my left leg caused by a pinched nerve. I participated in 8 weeks of physical therapy, the PT ladies are amazing, but my mobility is greatly hindered by the level of pain I am experiencing and there wasn't much they could offer to alleviate the pain and the PT was limited due to pain levels. The Clinic side gave me two epidurals of dextrose which didn't help at all, and never mentioned that I would need a steroid injection prior to surgical intervention. I felt the injections they gave me were supposed to serve as that step, and when they didn't work I would be able to pursue surgery to relieve my pain. I was wrong, and now am having to go to a different clinic to get a steroid injection, and will continue to be in constant pain for at least another month due to the lack of information I was provided with and I feel lack of concern for my well being. The doctors I saw did not provide any empathy for my condition, I've been in increasing, intense pain levels for 6 months. They simply gave me treatment that was ineffective and only prolonged my pain. I'm seeking help at a different clinic and am hoping to receive surgery for my herniated disc before the end of the year. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone unless you are only needing PT, as they were fantastic and empathetic.
