Maj Vaughn. I'm so sorry that your packages were lost in the mail for such a long time. We placed multiple search request to find them as well as insurance claims. We have spent at least 20 plus hours on hold and contacting every person in the USPS system to track them. Outside of going to Chicago ourselves to search the distribution center personally, we have exhausted all avenues to find them. We offered to reorder the shirts for you and did give you a full refund (per your request). And while you believe this transaction is over we are still attempting to track them down on our end because the last thing we want is the soldiers going without. Again we are truly sorry for the circumstances that our outside of our control. And have tried everything we can do to correct this situation. As far as order time, it was delayed due to lack of communication from Sgt Conn. Ie sizes, colors and quantities you needed ordered. If that information was provided in a timely manner the order would have been completed in a more efficient fashion.

Horrible company to order from. She does not insure the packages that she sends, they never showed up and she is refusing to refund the money spent. AND the order took forever to be completed!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Our unit has spent over $10,000 on shirts and am very upset.

The design came out amazing but when I went to go pick up the shirt I ordered. I received a medium regular T-shirt and I told him it was supposed to be a medium womens V-neck and thats what I ordered and thats what I wanted and all he said was sorryinstead of saying that we can fix it into to what you ordered & what I paid for. Then says I hope you come back and recommend us to friend and familyand still didnt offer to say we can fixed it to what you paid for. Was frustrated and just left with what I was given .
