Do not move here. Ever. I hate this place. We recently got new management and it's been terrible. We can no longer pay rent via an electronic check. The customer service is Terrible. I received a package and got to office while someone was in the office and she refused to give me package which would have taken her less than three minutes even though she stayed in the office for over ten minutes after I left. They are unreasonable and they don't care about the residents. Maintenance requests are typically ignored and the they even recently changed the hours of the 24/7 gym and community room which for someone who is at work whenever the community is open is very unfair especially when we signed a lease which included 24/7 availability. The pictures online do not represent what you actually get either. Do not move here.

I am giving a one star just from the attitude of the front office staff. I came to see an apartment and was basically told it would be 20 mins but I could wait outside if I would like. I noticed the looks I received upon walking in the door. Im almost certain this is due to me being a black woman and walking in with my white fiance. Thank you for showing us in advance we were not welcomed in your community. Came down the street and found lovely apartments that treated us with respect.

I was immediately impressed with this complex, besides the absolutely beautiful grounds the staff (specifically Brandon and Jeffery) were amazing to work with. They worked with us the entire afternoon to make sure we got the apartment that would be perfect for us. The area is quiet and stunning and somehow feels like a woodland resort WITH amenities to match. Can't wait to see more! Update: We moved in in December and have been delighted with everything so far. ESPECIALLY the view from our porch. Can't wait to see the grounds in spring, it's going to be stunning!

I moved in at the of the end of 2019 and signed a one year lease. During that time , if I had a maintenance issue., I would say it would take a few days for it to be addressed. From my time of living in apartment complexes, I would grade my experience my first year here a C -,average. However since the end of 2020, Regatta at Lake Lynn has upgraded in every way. First the owners have invested even more money in property and it shows, The highlight for me are the upgrades to the gym, more spacing, free weights and even a stair machine. Awesome! ; And all the upgrades were done without raising the rents. For the area and the market, it is amazing for the owners to do. The new management team is very kind , from Brandon, Nikki, Emma, and Karissa, they all are just genuinely pleasant to talk with. And finally the maintenance team are professional and actually fix the problem. That is why I now give Regatta at Lake Lynn 5 stars and / or an A.

Their financial management has been disappointing. Moved out April 7th leaving the space immaculate (shampooed carpet, deep clean and filled nail holes) and still have not received my undisputed security deposit. Was first told their system was down for a month (!!!) and after multiple unanswered calls and emails, finally paid an in person visit 3 weeks ago. I was told the check was being cut that week. Still no deposit return. Now I have the time and money suck to file in small claims to compel them to do what they should have done 2+ months ago. I smell a corporate cash flow problem...
