Terrible service. We paid 52.97 to have 2 mirrors replaced and same sealed or glued back into artifact frame. Mirrors cut, but was not sealed into frame. Representatives did not inform me as a customer when piccked up frames. Very unwelcoming office atmosphere, and that's putting it lightly...

Horrible horrible experience They said they can replace the broken glass for me in 2 weeks 6 weeks later it was scheduled in a Wednesday morning to be delivered and installed between 9 to 10 No calls so confirmation, at 5 pm tue I called to confirm they say due to weather because it's raining they can't do it Their next available day it's Monday next week Very unprofessional they made me wait 6 weeks when their promising date was 2 weeks And now after causing so much Inconvenient they can't move no one to Accommodate for me They didn't call or let me know they can't do it tomorrow either will never do Bussines with them again

I needed glass in a large window replaced. I received a fair quote from Fast Glass Mirrors & More (one of the lowest cost out of 5 other companies that I looked at) and had the glass replaced that same day! All other companies quoted me at least 2-3 weeks. It literally took the installers 30 minutes to complete the replacement of 2 huge glass panes that are super old (80's) on this window and it now looks almost brand new! This company has a longstanding history and makes their own glass. Glenn, the owner is super knowledgeable about glass and his staff is professional and super efficient. I will definitely use them again!

From a single replacement due to a sports accident to a full house replacement due to foggy windows, the team at Fast Glass has been nothing but professional. The new panels look amazing, especially the picture window they replaced. Cost was lower than we expected and the whole process made me wish we had fixed the windows when we moved in, and not as we are prepping to sell.

I called to see if I could make an appointment for someone to repair my windshield.I talked to an actual person told me the person I need to talk to was not in and took my name an number and said I would get a call back. Hours later no call. I called back and told m there was no record of my call eralier. Ok, can I talk to someone now please? So I was transferred and then hung up on. Well apparently they do not want my business.Don't waste your time.
