The pizza here was amazing. Crust on the Sofa King was perfectly crispy all the way through! That being said, the service was more than lacking. We came when there were only two other tables on a Saturday afternoon, a couple and a family of four. We immediately ordered an appetizer that we never received. About an hour later our pizza came out. Before I could speak a word to order a drink or ask for anything, the server turned around to have a full conversation with a new table. He never checked on us again until we flagged him down for the check. He wasn't even aware that he charged us for the app we didn't receive at the end of the meal. Overall, it felt like he decided that he didn't want to wait on us from the beginning and gave up then. I know the pandemic makes things hard, but the service was EXTREMELY lacking by any standard.

We sat at the bar so I expected a "Hello" but it was several minutes before we got that or even a water. We made our own pizza with white sauce, spinach, chicken and bacon. The chicken tasted a bit like gas, I think this is simple because it's cooked with a propane tank maybe? Either way, the taste was overwhelming and kept me from enjoying the pizza. It could have use a tad bit more sauce. The crust is perfect. I really loved it. I'll come back sometime maybe in the day and give a different pizza a try.

We ordered the nickel bag for a nice picnic in fair park, but ended up snarfing it in the car simply because it smelled so good we couldn't wait. Totally yummy! My mouth is watering just thinking about it...

Tried calling in, either no answer or answer put on hold never returned. Went to location, took 20 minutes to order. Was told it would take 20 minutes, took 45 minutes. Third time there extremely poor service every time and they do not seem to care.
