Unfortunately your rental contract was never received, and there was no voicemail message. However payments are not processed until delivery is made, so you were never charged. My son and I reserved and paid for a kayak 3 weeks ago thru the website for his birthday. On the day & time of scheduled delivery, this company didnt show up and the only phone number on the site went directly to voicemail every time I tried to call. Very frustrating for my son and I. Im guessing they are out of business?? Hoping I can contact someone eventually to get a refund...

Rented two single person and one two person kayaks for the day on Wednesday. Had fantastic service from the owner. She recommended a location near us to put in and kayak from. I also looked a two other location but her suggestion was the best location to meet and spend the day. She was very prompt and accommodating to our needs. The product she brought us was great in very good shape and working order. At the end of the day we called her a little early because we were tired and a storm was coming in, and she came right over to pick the kayaks up. This was a great experience and we will continue to do be a customer for years to come.

I was able to rent a kayak at the last minute and hit it delivered within 2 hours from when I reserved. Awesome service and delivery!! Definitely recommend North Ga Paddling for outdoor fun!
