Very bad customer service very useless talked to 4 people this am trying to find a part for my gate that is only 3 yrs old to me need a end pin and got 3 differant answers I would not recommend this type of gate should carry parts for there items and they dont they decided to change the style and redo the gate with a metal pin instead of plastic could advise the customer on what can be done I could install the metal pin myself butt wont sell me one do not buy this product not worth the headaches from this company after buying this gate for 59.00 and no parts USELESS COMPANY DO NOT BUY REGALTO products

ITEM #1380 PLAY YARD collapsed making it unusable and not safe. Manufacturer would not repair or replace due to pathetic warranty policy

The baby gate has been good. Having prepared, I contacted support first via email letting them know explicitly, with reference to their documentation what part I wanted. They had me call their customer service which took two attempts (this was during the COVID-19 pandemic so I was happy to get a live person). The customer service representative looked up the case number in the email and arranged for the shipment of the replacement part. I was overall pleased with the experience.

I purchased a baby gate from Regalo and their product is extremely sturdy and long-lasting. My gate needs changed and when I needed help for shipping and choosing the right extension, Margie from customer support was incredibly helpful and made sure that I had the right product and was incredibly friendly! I highly recommend anyone looking at baby gates to take a look at Regalo. Their product and customer service are top notch.

Regalos baby gates are absolute garbage! We received one as a gift, just took it out of the box brand new and the latch is stuck! I called their customer service dept and they told me to discontinue using the gate. It cost $70 and we have never even been able to use it!! They did not even offer to replace the gate, just basically told me we are out of luck! BUYER BEWARE!
