I was helped by a trainee and ended up with lots of wrong information. First the trainee said that I could swap out my jewelry free of charge if I didnt like what Id picked out (I was indecisive about a few pieces) Then the trainee gave me incorrect information about the backings and their size. And finally one of the earrings fell out within a couple weeks of the piercing (nothing got snagged, just improperly put in when I was pierced) After speaking to the owner, he essentially blamed me for taking the trainees word as fact and said that Im responsible for a trainees incorrect information.

Hi, thank you for the review. Unfortunately Its necessary for us to have a minimal fee $12 to remove jewelry. All items used for this purpose have been sterilized prior to your visit and will also have to be processed again after your service including all necessary medical items gauze, disinfectant and gloves items/tools and employees time. All medical services come with a cost, Doctors office and Dental offices, we no longer can afford to give this service away for free.

Friendly staff but stupidly overpriced. $12 to take a piercing OUT? Not even a swap, literally just taking them out because I couldnt do it myself. Was in the chair for all of 90 seconds. All the staff were lovely but I wouldnt come here again because the prices are sky high.

The girl started talking to us didnt have enough knowledge for toddler earpieces. When I asked more questions about material and sizes she wasnt happy about me questioning. In addition, she quoted us double the price of other locations. When we asked if they can get both ears done at the same time, she said NO! The location near where I live said YES absolutely possible to get both ears done at the same time. Got unpleasant experience at this location! Go to Redondo Beach. They are extremely friendly and know what they are doing and have more variety.
