I've saved long and hard for new kitchen... I booked floors 2 u in Mawney road Romford and the came out yesterday to do lino I paid 150 So not a cheap lino... This was there shabby workmanship After complaining sending email off pictures a man called Tony called back saying this is standard work....ive contacted another company and they agree it's terrible work and made lots excuses on why they cut around feet...saying my unit was a fixed unit...which it wasn't.. I moved it to take pictures..then said i never asked for it to go back to wall if I had I would had to pay extra...we discussed on measurements that we were going back to wall...even asked yesterday if I wanted it to wall...where I said yes...as you can see he's done it under fridges...then Tony proceeded to tell me they don't lift furniture..but they lifted two fridges and put them in my hallway...also lifted oven to put lino under but can't lift a non fixed unit... Outcome in Taffy Gritthis own words "We come rip it up and resell it" and refund you your money....CHARMING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Absolutely Appalling Service by charlatans. We made the mistake of hiring these crooks. A 2,500 quote ended up costing closer to 5,000. Price it low to secure the deal and then price it back up to secure the funds seems to be their motto. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I have known of this companies existence for many years now and finally had experienced there services. I engaged there services for one of my Clients property in Notting Hill, London. The service from start to finish was highly professional and was a real pleasure dealing with them, the fitters were very professional and take great care in my Clients property and in there work. Quality products. But very poor attitudes and service. I have never known any supplier not have returned goods back. All the years I have worked on trade counter sales myself and customers have ordered special items in quantities they thought they required and returned items not used week or two later. Upon which we ordered in special our suppliers always have any returns on any items but may sometimes incur a re-stocking charge of 10%, 15% or even sometimes a maximum of 25% but customers are happy to proceed with this charge and at least you are getting something back. All our customers walk away HAPPY.
