They gave my debit card to someone else that had already left. They were really nonchalant about the whole thing. Im trying to be understanding because I worked in food service for a long time and can understand when things get busy but its my debit card. But they tried to tell me they had handed it back to me and that I had it. The only thing I was assured of was that my drink would be free. I work 75 hours a week and I dont have the time to get a new card in my schedule. Really disappointing interaction through and through. Update: went back because I had been charged and they gave me my card back. Had already canceled it for obvious reasons. Not happy or impressed with the situation
Absolutely the worst experience at a coffee shop took me over 20 minutesTo get my coffee Will never go there or to any other Cruisin Coffee ever ever again
Very slow moving line one side was moving quickly the other was slow probably waited 10 minutes in line to get to the window. Only 2 cars in front of me someone had came out to my car to get my drink order but when I pulled up to the window still waited again. My drink was perfect but had to be the slowest Crusin coffee I've been to.
