We have installed Colligan water system and we have our own well we have replaced 1/2 the dryers with new stainless ones the others have been rebuilt

Not the fault of Crete laundry but its a shame that white clothes turn yellow from bad water. Dryers need to go or be oiled less I go to work smelling like the tin man from Oz. But the water is the worst in Crete we have to use tons of softener because it irritates our sons skin badly.

Too expensive, people are rude. Clothes don't be get clean. Dryers are OLD, smell and don't dry well. The smell is the worst. My clothes smelled like burning rubber. I asked for a refund because one of there machines was out of order, afterhours. I left my name and number. I was never ever returned a phonecall. I will never ever go back. I'd rather go to the heights than step foot back here.

Ruined my pillows. I got them back DAMP and one was ripped and all of them were LUMPY. When I called I was told I was given a good price for them to ruin my pillows. They didn't want to make any reparations for their wrongdoing and placed blame solely on me even though I said upon drop off that I would PAY WHATEVER TO HAVE THEM CLEANED... no accountability whatsoever. Terrible businessperson. Take your laundry elsewhere. I would give no stars if I could.
