Thank you for your review. It is apparent that there are many things that need to be clarified in what our role is, and what your expectations are as a homeowner. Allow me to clarify. To start, it's important to note that no homeowner pays POSolutions directly. You pay your assessments to the association, and the association hires us as a managing agent to handle things on their behalf. That means that management is a budget expense, not an item that you are paying directly for. With that said, having been made familiar with your complaints, it appears that many of your issues stem from either reporting to the incorrect entity, your expectations of a response, or the necessity of gathering additional information. The sign for example, was discovered to be the responsibility of the city, not the association. In situations like these, every avenue is explored to determine the appropriate measure to take. Unfortunately, that does not always lead to a resolution as fast as you may like. You got a faster response because your request was already in process. Claims of misconduct are also taken seriously. Considering that we make all financial records available to homeowners to review at anytime, including homeowner ledgers and community financial reports, we would like to know more about your accusations of misconduct, as it's possible it is a simple misunderstanding or disagreement. It is also important to note that different aspects of association business are handled by different departments. It is important that you allow time for a claim to be researched for the appropriate team member and/or board member to give you a response. Managers do not manage your community alone, and adhere to contractual guidelines regarding on site visits, meeting cadences, and more. Again to reiterate, all pertinent information is available for you to view as a homeowner from your homeowner portal. This includes your community covenants, which govern how we operate and respond in regard to your community. This information is available for you to review at any time to avoid your having to wait on a team member or managers response.

Unfortunatley, this company is paid to manage the subdivsion where I live. It's almost like a donation becasue they do not uphold their end of the contract. Most times, there is no response to inquiries. If there is, it is unreasonably late or an excuse for why something is not done. For example, a speed limit sign was knocked down in my community. This is a major problem. It was reported and pictures were sent it as it laid flat on the ground. The subdivision never fixed it. They gave exuses about having to hire contractors, blamed the lack of getting it fixed on COVID and the like. I reported the problem to the city, and it was fixed in about 36 hours. I reported this after about 36 days of POSolutions not taking any action. I am inclined to believe that the speed limit sign would be laying in the same position now if support from governing agencies outside of this organization were not informed of the problem. On another occassion, they fraudulantly added charges to my account which impacted my credit. My regular emails about the matter were not addressed, pretty much dismissed. After contacting outside governing agencies again and making them aware of the fraudulant activity from this company, POSolutions then quickly removed the charges from my account and my credit report with apologies. There are other examples of misconduct. I would prefer to have no contact with this comapny other than paying my bill and them honoring their part of the contract like the phone, cable or electric companies. There is never a need to remind them of a problem with service. If it is reported, it is immediately addressed. I would not recommend that anyone use this company. I would like it of they either begin to do the job for which they were hired at a minimum in an average manner or relinquish this contract to a company is willing to do that.
