Hello Miss Mugavero, I read your review and thank you for your kind words and for the three stars. I sent you an email but wanted to reply to your review publicly as well. I was quite taken aback about the vaccines being incorrect as your little boy was already 14 weeks and his vaccines were done as per our vet. Everything on the paperwork was correct and Im hoping he wont get over vaccinated. Some vets insist on giving vaccines and disregard the initial vaccines. I can assure you he had all those vaccines, they were stamped and recorded by Dr Ezik Englewood Veterinary. This way when they get sold the new veterinarian can see proof of vaccinations by a licensed vet. As for the breeder, I visit all my breeders and travel many hours to see where these pups come from. I am the only pet shop owner that does this and I take great pride in that. I will be very happy to send you the breeders usda reports so you can see for yourself that it is a legit breeder with NO violations. I am quite touched that you would consider coming back for another pup and that means a lot to me. Im truly sorry that I did not meet all your expectations and hope that in the future you will have a better experience with us. I went here to purchase my puppy about a month and a half ago, and have very mixed feelings so I would like to list the pros and cons to let the reader decide. Pros: The staff was insanely friendly. I fell in love with my puppy based off his picture on their website and needed to have him. I couldnt make it out that day to get him, so they worked with me to put a deposit down so I could hold him. They even sent me a video of him playing so I can see his personality. When picking up my puppy, the process was very fast and I absolutely LOVED the $90(ish) bag of essentials for my little guy (dry food, wet food, vitamins, etc). Overall, the purchasing process was easy and the staff was amazing. Cons: My little mans health. You get a 5 business day timeframe to take your new puppy to the vet to check for kennel cough (which theyll take care of the meds for if your puppy does have it), so I made sure to take him in that time. He had pink eye and also tested positive for giardia (intestinal parasites). This aside, when my vet went over the medical records I brought with me, I was informed his vaccines were all messed up and I had to restart them. Also, my puppy was treated for giardia a few times, according to the records. I know this is common in puppies, however, pink eye and incorrect vaccines isnt good. These also are issues they wouldnt reimburse you for, though I did nothing to contribute to those illnesses. I tried looking up the breeder after getting this information to see if I can find reviews for them online and couldnt even find information on them. Im not sure how reputable this breeder is, but judging by his vaccines, theyre not the best. This is just my experience. I cant say I wouldnt or would purchase from them again in the future, but if I did, I may inquire more about the puppys past health/breeder information first.

Dear C, We are very sorry your experience in my shop was less than satisfactory. We know that the vet did call you and explain to you about parasites. Sometimes puppies need multiple rounds of deworming as one round may destroy the adult worms while another takes care of any remaining eggs or larvae. I personally explained this to you when you purchased the pup and showed you her medical records. I did tell you she may need another round of deworming. I was totally transparent in explaining all this to you. Worms are treatable and all puppies have them. When we spoke I asked you if your pup is eating, playing and seems happy and you assured me she is fine. You say my business practice is not good, which to me is extremely hurtful, however, my employees and I take great pride in the care of our puppies. All my puppies get multiple playtimes and are socialized. Some even use wee-wee pads, much to the delight of many of my customers. My store is impeccably clean and all my puppies are happy and very well taken care of. We try to do our utmost best to make our customers happy so again I deeply apologize if this was not the case with you

Brought this cute little pup from silver nickel in 2/27/2022. Took her to the vet the next day (2/28) the stool sample gave back positive for Giardia which means she had it all along. She has not been outside since I got her. Im disappointed I was sold a puppy that had an infection. Everyone at the store seem so nice, when I visited so Im very surprised that I would be sold a sick puppy. The owner spoke as if all puppies were in great health. Not even 1 week and my puppy has infection. Theres no way the puppy got Giardia in 1 day of coming home. I took her to the same vet the pet store used. This is just so disappointing, why not make sure all puppies are healthy before being sold. I could have taken my $2900 and get a puppy without any infection. Im so disappointed, this is not good business practice at all. Please do better next time. Have these puppies properly screened before selling.

I cant sat enough about this place,5 stars. Feels like home with everyone I interacted at the shop. A must if you want a happy,healthy pup.

This is the best place in New Jersey to get a dog!! I have 3 dogs from them and I love them they are great with kids great personality , I have a Shiba inu a shish tzu's and just yesterday I got a mini golden doodle from there Englewood location the staff are extremely nice!! And they have the best dogs!! I highly recommend them my sister even got a dog from them I recommend them to everybody! Definitely get your dogs from them! The staff are so nice and they answer all your questions this is the best place!

Do not buy a puppy from this place. I thought buying a puppy here would be such a great thing but its not. Long story short- I bought a puppy from this place last saturday and literally the puppy got sick within two days. All they were doing is blaming me and did not even take the time to listen. I spent literally 2k on this puppy and another 3k for his vet bills because they sold a sick dog. This puppy has 2 parasites which clearly they did not treat and the vet even declared it was unfit for purchase. They think its ok to sell a puppy with parasites and blaming me for it. Please do not buy from here.
