The doctors are WONDERFUL! But, the sign in process is the WORST I've ever experienced. I spent more time waiting to check in than waiting to be called to a treatment room or see the doctor.

I have been with Tuscaloosa Ophthalmology for about 7 yrs or more.Now I just lovethe great service that I get from when I sign in all the way until I get to Dr.Timothy Johnson he comes in with a smile every time. He make u want to get your eyes check. He also make sure that he ask you questions & he let you ask him questions. So when I leave from a visit with Dr.Timothy Johnson & staff, I always feel very satisfied.
