Needed to update this. Things have been a struggle and they're still buggy. Features that they promised weeks ago are still not available. A critical one being the ability to upload your contacts in bulk. And the instasites feature are simply duda.co sites being resold. It's nice, but if you're getting their ecommerce site it's 60% less if you just buy/host it from duda's platform. But I'll give it some more time. There's potential

DashClicks was an extreme disappointment. I paid for their white label services and they completely failed my business and my client's business that I was using their services for. The team was unresponsive, management was unhelpful and unapologetic and overall I'd strongly suggest anybody considering their services look elsewhere.

I used Dashclicks services for approximately between 60-90 days. I went through the trouble of setting up the accounts and onboarding a larger client of mine. DashClicks charged a setup fee, and a monthly fee, as well as the ad spend. What did we receive during this time period? No reporting information. The dashboard and reporting features I paid for never worked. When I reported the error, I was provided no ticket number, no time line, and no reason for it not working. DashClicks was willing to continue to charge me for their services, and offered no solution or timeline for resolving the issues. The campaign they created provided no conversions and the keywords they used were too broad. I requested that the ad group keywords directly target my market group. DashClicks continued to target the entire medical industry and not physical therapist. The resulted in driving traffic but no in market audience and no conversions. So I've spent thousands of dollars and have no returns, no data, no receipts, no invoices, no ppc data, no conversions. and no resolutions to any of these problems...and no refunds. thanks dashclicks. ill probably lose my biggest client over this.
