They don't deserve any star- Gleim Publishing study material is a wast of money, hardly any syllabus is covered under their review, they grantee you if you buy premium package you will get money back guarantee, its all lie, i fail after attempting 5 time, i sent my result and asked them for refund, they said you are not eligible, I covered entire material and practice each and every question more then recommended, in fact i took more two months but each time same. initially i just purchase software and book i attemped 3 times, i failed so finally i agreed to buy premium package so that i will pass but it is total wast of money. don't buy don't buy total wast

Passed everything I studied with gleim material on the first try (CIA & CMA), their test bank is more difficult than the actual exam. The only improvement i could suggest is integrating paypal in the checkout process instead of an email billing request. Keep up the good work!
