Were sorry you had this experience however we make attempt to provide satisfactory customer service as well as strive to reach an agreement that works for both our customers as well as our company. We expect our customers to be upfront and honest as we are when negotiating figures for a vehicle. You presented to us a very low offer which we came back and told you our last and final price. After that being said you attempted to offer a lower price after we told you that we could not do it. Your excuse was that you were not approved by your bank which was not the case. We simply choose to pass on your offer. We honored your request and did not shop around financing options and sent your application directly to the credit union you were approved through unlike other dealerships you've been to. You're trying to get a deal to good to be true and when it cant be done you take your aggression our on the dealership which isn't the right approach. We have an excellent track record with our thousands of satisfied customers. The only way to try to satisfy you was us giving you the vehicle below wholesale value which we could not do. Our offer to you was beyond fair.

Never never never. We agreed on a price they they contact my credit union then want more money. Do not let them run you if u have your own loan. Do not believe this excuse for my experience. It is not true and exactly how I explained is how it happened. We BOTH agreed on a price then they contacted my credit union to see what I was approved on so they jack the price back up. Yes I had a budget and was not going to pay top dollar for a mediocre truck. Dont let them take u for a ride. Its worth going to a real dealer and getting what you pay for. Not shady places that con you into rerunning your credit to get the price that they want. And FYI. The truck is still sitting there after all this time. One word SHADY. I would never buy anything here not even if it was half price.

Please understand, even though we are not a "factory store", we are still in the same industry and know how the process works. You were telling us what was offered to you at another dealership, and when we actually made the calculations, nothing added up to what you were saying. We have a different approach to our sales process and are certainly more upfront with clients compared to other places. If you took offense to that, we would like to apologize again. I can assure you that when you are quoted a number at our store, it will not change. You were not misled on pricing because even before your visit to our store, we clarified pricing options over the phone with you. A listing price is not the same as an "out the door" price. You still need to take into consideration that there is sales tax, title/registration, and a dealer doc fee. We wish you all the best in your search.

They are very scammy, they put on the website that a truck was 48k and when I asked them how much I would pay they finally gave me an answer after pushing it, turns out I would pay 56k for a 48k truck because of "taxes"... SMH. They wanted to pull my credit but I denied they because I don't think it would be worth my time. The place is very gross and disgusting and the staff is very unprofessional. Was there for an hour and didn't talk about the truck for more than 10 min. It felt like they were trying all the salesman tricks.

Saw the van I wanted on their Offerup listing. Showed up and had a great experience. Relaxed, friendly place to buy a vehicle. Had a good time with Zee, talked about life and family over a cup of his famous 'house special coffee.' (Where did he learn to make coffee like that!?) Allen sat down and got right to work on putting together the financing--he was very transparent and up-front with me throughout the process from my trade-in value to helping me tailor the right warranty coverage. Great guys to work with, had a lot of laughs and was on the road within a few hours. Go check them out!
After complaining to the "owner" or one of the owners, based on his response was that... It's ok to give out ATTITUDE to new walking customers BECAUSE they can't sale a specific vehicle. Next thing I know the sales men I was complaining bout walks out the door calling me out to the parking lot .. I walked out the second sales men walks out stands behind me to help his buddy that originally was calling me out. The "owner" walked out and pulls them back in so I left. I'm sorry maybe they were really having a bad day as the "Ower" told me they're were frustrated by not being able to sale a specific vehicle or maybe this is how they run their business, idk I just hope that the next customer doesn't get treated as I did.
