Went here because I was in a bind. I had an order for 5 shirts, 3 of them I ended up having to out source because the design was distressed & a little difficult. It was for an older customer so I honestly didnt know how to explain to them why they cant pick pictures from google. Its not my design, youd have to go to the source because Im not able to recreate it for you. As a one time courtesy, I agreed to do the best I could so I decided to come here. Someone on my fb recommended them & I work in the same mall. Why not right?? Heres why not. I walk in, everyone is still sitting down, no one gets up & greets me & because of how they have the chairs, its hard to tell who works there. They all appear to be socializing. I speak to one girl(real dreads) & explain my situation she explains the dtg process, kinda seems to care & she gave me a card to send the images to. Okay moving on, I send the images. No immediate response. I called, no answer. I believe I got an email back 2 days later. So I come back a couple days later ready to proceed. I speak to another girl (fake dreads) & I have a THOUROUGH CONVERSATION WITH HER. Like NOTE TAKING, ACTUALLY LOOKED AT THE COMPUTER MYSELF & CHOSE THE COLOR. One shirt was to be recreated & done in vinyl. One shirt was to be dtg as is & the last shirt was supposed to be dtg, but the color was changed to purple. I selected the shade of purple. Now when you outsource, theyre supposed to be the middle man & the cost isnt as high. Apparently, they do NOT outsource but just sell shirts. I receive the proofs in my email. I pay the $85 invoice. Now I pick up the shirts on my next work day & Im pretty upset at the quality. The shirt that was supposed to be done in vinyl was not. The red was super faded like it had white lines throughout. It had visible cracks in it. You could see through to the shirt & I wasnt even stretching it. You could hold it up & see it. I SHOWED HER (fake dreads) THIS BEFORE I LEFT. I asked her why the shirt was not done in vinyl. I asked her why it wasnt recreated like she told me it would be. I told her it looked very traced. Her only process was i think he just went ahead & did dtg because its easier. Im like but still, the quality. She just looked at me as Im showing her the shirts like she was clueless & lost. I called a friend who owns a tshirt company as well. She does not do DTG but was familiar with the process. I showed the shirts to her & the first thing she mentioned were the lines & the cracking. This is before I even mentioned them to her. At this point, Im 1 week behind on this order. Im out of $85 of my own money. I decided to eat the costs of this order because it took so long to accommodate them. I get home, I lightly press the shirts to iron out the wrinkles & I fold them. As Im folding them, I realize the shirt that was supposed to be done in purple was actually done in WHITE. I shipped them anyways because theyre free, I cant get a refund & Im never going back here again. Ever. There could not have been any communication going on whatsoever. So many lessons learned.

Do not believe the fake reviews! This place is horrible and the shirts are printed horribly! Custom Place where they heat-press the shirts has the worst service and they are over priced.

I love this store and they always do favab job.... I was upset because I came to the store on my birthday to get a custom made shirt and no one was in the store... I got there about 7 and waited for a while, no came.... the lights and radio were on.... Even though I waited she showed up and sid her thing and hook me up.......
