I ordered on November 21 as a Christmas Gift for our granddaughter. I was promised it would arrive by mid to late December. It is now Christmas Eve and no gift. At this point I will not order again as they obviously dont deliver the magazine but took the monies the very next day.

I wont say that this is a bad Childrens book company. I can say that there a horrible company to work for .I was training there for about 4 days on my forth day my little sister got very sick and I couldnt make it .I called even before they opened there office never once in all those training days and all the things the trainer talked about did she say if you miss one day youll be fired. I was fired before the day even ended. I am not saddened because 12.50 an hour without ever getting a raise is nothing to be saddened about .but for a Childrens company youll think theyll take into consideration that Im 22 with custody of a 13 year old and couldnt go that day. or atleast let me no so i could do the impossible to get there . Very disappointing

AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER!! I HAVE BEEN BEING CHARGED FOR 5 MONTHS! NO MAGAZINES DELIVERED SINCE I FIRST SIGNED UP AND WHEN I CONTACTED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS THEY SAY THEY CANT FIND MY ACOUNT BUT THEYRE CHARGING MY CARD??! 3 calls 5 emails... I HAD TO CALL AND CANCLE MY CARD JUST TO GET THEM TO STOP CHARGING ME. NEVER AGAIN !!!
