It took us multiple tries of asking for our shirts and trying to remind different people in the shop before the order for our business order was ready. Even then the order was incorrectly priced on the receipt when we went to pick it up. They were nice quality shirts, but for the hassle and price we are now going to a different vendor.

Hands down the best embroiderer Ive ever worked with. I moved here from Portland last year and I started my own business, Ive run others before and had to make attire for those as well, so Ive been around the apparel block. Even with my small run for proof of concept, Stitches stayed in touch with me every step, I never had to try to get them to respond, which often happens with small run orders. Stitches was also on the exact same wavelength as me which is also another hurdle Ive had to overcome with other embroiderers, Cynthia knew exactly what I was going for just based off my minimal descriptions. Proofs already came and Stitches is who im sending all my embroidery biz to!

They had our art for 3 weeks. Two days before I needed the order they call and tell me they can't match the color. With little choice to take elsewhere now, they "tried". The rust color on our $2000 order of shirts turned out the color of dog poop. And the worst part....they didn't care one bit. Never again will they get our business.
