I used to bring a small project to Allegra, because they are closest to my office. They have a spiffy-looking business entrance and they seem to have big-name clients, but every time that I've brought my small project here (once a year for the past three years), they've botched it up. One time, they made the lines uneven and thicker than the proof. I asked them to redo it, but all they did was cut one side of the line to make it thinner and straighter. This didn't help that the document had already been laminated, because the document became twisted and would no longer remain flat. I only needed about 20 copies (about 6 inches long and 4 inches tall on slightly heavier paper - would cost about $50). I don't know why they couldn't just redo it for me and fix their error properly. Maybe because my order was small, they felt they didn't need to give me the proper attention or service. Regardless of client size or reputation, they should handle each project with care and respect. I will not be bringing my projects to Allegra anymore.
