Used for a simple jeep task. Extremely Overpriced. Will not be returning for any services. $70 more per hour than other quotes - I should have asked before assuming they were competitive.

Wow. Where to start? Their website is wonderful and you can totally customize your vehicle online to see what it would look like. However, thats where the greatness ends. I was told I needed to come on a weekday in order to color match my camper shell I was dropping off to my truck. When I got there I was greeted in the parking lot and rushed off so the salesman could leave. He specifically knew I was there to get my camper shell color matched and didnt have his guy match the color before he left. He told me he would call me to talk about all the other things I had wanted to do to my truck, since he was in a hurry to leave. When I questioned the girl he left me with about no one getting the color of my truck, she texted him. He asked if I could come back, an hour drive, again on Monday. Then one of the other guys told me I could find it on my Vin sticker. The next week, he still didnt call to discuss the other options I had wanted on the truck, but I got a random text message from someone else saying I could text her with any questions. I had questions, but got no response. I texted again before arrival to make sure someone would be there to help me put the shell on my truck, and again, got no response. When I got there and paid, and saw the camper shell, my heart fell. There were so many places that the previous red color was still showing. It was obvious they didnt even take the windows off to paint, nor did they paint the bottom at all. Such horrible customer service, and such horrible work. We will never use them again.

Jacob did an awesome job for us! They were great to work with on our schedule for drop off and picking up. The lift kit, tires, and wheels turned out great. We love the new look on the Jeep!

Overpriced and willing to take advantage of anyone. Charged $1500+ to put spacers on a 4Runner. My friends wanted to lift my 4Runner while I was away on my honeymoon as a surprise wedding gift. Upon returning and driving it I was appalled at how bad the ride wise, there was vibration and the alignment job was awful as well. Long story short I went to 4 other shops in town and they said they could have done struts, springs, control arms the works for less than Carolina Customs charged to put spacers on my 4Runner. I told them I was unhappy with the ride and quality of parts installed for $1500 and they had the audacity to quote me $500 to remove the parts. I will turn everyone I know in the other direction.
