I find the team is always attentive to my concerns and focuses on getting the job done. Also, they have done a real nice job updating the showroom, with some cool Maine designs. Their bags are Made in Maine and top notch quality!

They are friendly when you place your order. They tell you two weeks and your item will be ready. After two weeks I called to check on the status. They always need to call you back, but they never call you back. First time I had to call 3 times and never got an answer on the status always let me check and I will call you back. Never got the call back till it was ready to be picked up. Picked the order up and ordered a bag and was told they felt bad for what happened and would put a rush on the bag order and it will only take two weeks. Well yet again I call at the two week mark to check the order status only to be told that they needed to call me back. Still waiting for my call back as of today. Seriously reconsidering having my school use them for bigger orders due to the fact I cant ever get a call back to say no its not ready yet. Simple customer service. They are horrible with the follow through.
