Doctor and staff are rude and condescending. Frame and lens prices are 2 to 3 times more expensive than anywhere else. They have new equipment that they charge extra for, without asking you up front. They refuse to resolve billing issues, and send you to a collection agency without trying to resolve issues.

After receiving my classes, I came home to realize that one of the lenses was damaged. The Center ordered new ones. Once these came in, one of them was damaged again while trying to insert them into the frame. Had to wait another 6 days to receive my glasses. When I picked them up, they were dirty and the box was damaged. Not worth $400 glasses. Will not return.

Great experience as always! I absolutely love Dr. Phillips and her staff. They are always so friendly and professional; they always go above and beyond to make sure all of my needs are met and I am satisfied. Dr. Phillips was kind enough to keep the office open late for me since I was coming from out of town. Dr. Phillips and the staff make sure to explain everything and why it is important for the health of your eyes. I have a difficult prescription so Dr. Phillips worked with me to find the perfect contacts that would provide me with the best vision and comfort. They also have the best selection of glasses, all of the frames are adorable. I always have the hardest time choosing luckily the staff has great fashion advice! I will always travel to see Dr. Phillips, I wouldn't trust my vision with anyone else she truly is the Best! I wish I enjoyed going to all of my doctors as much as I enjoy going to Dr. Phillips.

Pros: Nice looking office Cons: They will push you into non necessary procedures like testing with new equipment that does not give better diagnostic vc regular tools. THEY DO NOT HAVE PRICES ON FRAMES!!! They tell you price depending on your look!!! They will ask your occupation and based on that tell you price. ))
