Sandy Karpen was our property manager and Emily Thompson his assistant. First they dont communicate well with each other, she makes calls out without having facts. Sandy leased us the property that was held I trust as he is an agent authorized in the trust. After 1 week, he brings a lady over that will be leasing the property a couple months Nov-Dec after that use the property as storage. Also she would have a key to the carport access to the laundry room. Long story short she stayed all year, the guesthouse didnt have a meter. All utilities all year for the lad and her boyfriend were on my bill now they avoid me and the subject. Oh yeah, did I mention the lady is theowner of the trust

Very unprofessional and rude. Impossible to even get a hold of and when you finally do get a hold of somebody you are denied to even qualify. So even if you have outstanding credit and way over 3x the income of a property for rent youll be told NO. And a big no if you have a cosigner. I was told you do not qualify for any of their over 200+ homes if you have that, Even though like I mentioned you can move in right now, you have all the funds available to move in, you make even more than the rent, youll get denied. Very baffled and confused and not impressed at all with the unprofessionalism and rudeness I just encountered. Ive rented for years and never of had that problem until now. But I was the homeowner trying to rent out the home I would be very unhappy with how their agents are treating people who call and who have interest.

Prior to choosing a real estate agent, I did my research in hopes to find one that I could trust. I didn't want to work with an agent who solely was interested in listing the home, but someone that would put the time and effort in to work with me as well. Darren has proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge on the market. His professionalism, mentorship, honesty and hard work ethic helped my home sell in no time. The end results of my situation ended because of lazy work and more of a fluffed up sales approach than paying attention to details to help me aquire the property. Because of this, both my credit score and my partners credit score were effected negatively because care was not taken to handle the situation more intelligently. I followed their instructions with faith and asked questions to multiple reps to gather a picture of the possible outcomes but was either told "please refer to this person because it's not my department" or ignored entirely because my situation was not a priority to them. I would not use this company because you are nothing but a number to them and they do not care enough to put in the work for you properly.
