Only because they cant receive 0 Stars. Stay away from this place. No customer service, no maintenance when required, and they dont even show up during hours of operation and try to charge you a late fee because they closed the office on normal working days. Absolute garbage business

Pure con artists. Sent a 30 day notice in and they made every excuse in the book to keep my deposit. Dont rent from them. Literally there was nothing wrong with the house when we moved out and they insist on keeping the deposit.

For a pandemic to be going on they were a total waste of time! Very difficult and dishonest! Applied online. A week gone by and we hear nothing! Had to call numerous of times until finally got ahold of someone. Asked about our app and was told we're at the top of the list for approval. Problem was how they raise the rent on a property during the application process??! After a few complaints she offered our app fees back or she'll go ahead and approve us if we put down the deposit asap. We did just that. Started packing over the weekend for them to call that following Monday and they made sure they called AT CLOSING TIME to tell us some more bs! We wouldn't dare recommend them and the risk isn't worth it!
