Very shadysshady buainess. insisted we make reservation online, no phone reservation. We made reservation within 2 hrs of our reserved run. At that time they knew they wouldn't run due to high water and processed our charge anyway and told us no refunds only rainchecks. We asked about the next day and they said no. We are on vacation and live 500 miles away.. They still would not refund

We booked a cabin for 1 night. The screens on the porch were ripped out, one of the mattresses was FILTHY (some of the stains looked like blood). Before arriving I asked the staff if we should bring our own coffee maker or if coffee would be available in the camp store in the morning. I was assured that the camp store was open every morning and sold brewed coffee. The camp store wasn't open in the morning. The bathrooms were very dirty and had moldy clothing hanging over the shower stalls. We will never stay there again!

We had a good experience with Clements Canoes. They were clean and respectful . They knew about potential hazards to watch for along the route. I didn't give the full five stars because the lower 15-mile pick up location is horrible (as it is for the multiple other groups trying to use the same narrow pick-up/drop-off location). Also, the portion of the trip from the suspension bridge at Turkey Run to the last covered bridge is an obstacle course of tube-riders and swimmers. However, the trip up to the suspension bridge was wonderful.

There's no photos of the campgrounds because they are awful. First come first serve and everyone sets up right on top of each other, no privacy. It thunderstormed the morning of our tubing adventure all the way up to launch time and the river went from calm and clear to muddy and rapids. They still claimed no refunds "go at your own risk," IN A FLOODED RIVER. The campgrounds also flood horribly so be prepared for your tent to get a foot of water!
